hey theres a problem.it says reading file failed.reinstalling the application may fix the problem.but i re unstalled many times and it doesent work.what do you think should have been the problem?Framework .NET update?

all my vids are mp4 format and itunes can read them.

ej, what is your movie format?
It should be .mp4 which is also the format readble by iTunes.

If your video is not in those format, you can download the free version of Any Video Converter to change any format to .mp4 format.

Framework .NET, I don’t install, maybe it comes with my Vista…

So I don’t know your problem…

i am still installing the .Net Framework.
i started installing it when i commented here
still not finished. is this really so slow? or should i cancel it now?
