Safari and Youtube Missing In The iPod Touch!

WTF!? The Safari and the Youtube is missing from my iPod touch!

But… actually it was my settings…

So here is my solution…

I activate the restriction feature and turn off Safari…

So I change the Safari to ON and then there it back again on my home screen…
